Eaton Canyon Firestorm 2025: A Blaze That Redefined Lives
On the evening of January 7, 2025, a fire erupted in Eaton Canyon, Pasadena, changing our community forever. Within hours, the flames spread rapidly, forcing residents to evacuate. I remember staring at the map in disbelief as it jumped from 10 acres to 100 acres in no time. It was devastating—every single person I knew in the area was forced to evacuate their homes.
We’re a tight-knit community, and witnessing this unfold has been utterly heartbreaking. Schools in the area are now closed indefinitely, as many Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD) staff members have lost their homes and are grappling with unimaginable challenges. Friends, neighbors, teachers—people we see every day—have been affected in ways that words can’t begin to describe. The scale and magnitude of loss is staggering.
Proceeds from the sales of these items will go directly to those impacted by the fire. This is more than a fundraiser—this is about REBUILDING lives and supporting our community when they need it most.
MORE TO COME as it has become incredibly difficult to find words.
